More than 44 million Americans don't have enough to eat. 30 Million Americans don't have health insurance. Homelessness runs around 26 million. It is our mission to alleviate the suffering in these groups.
ABOUT US
Not too long ago a group of concerned individuals got together to look at the situation with charities and how they function and whom they serve. Most charities function well and serve many many people and are extremely beneficial. However, there is one segment of the population that falls through the cracks and they are people whom the charities don’t reach. They are the most distressed and needy people in our society.
Food
These are people who don't eat. They are people who can't feed their children.
Health Services
They are people who have a serious illness but can not be treated because there is no money to treat it and they are not insured. They can not get diagnostic tests. They can not get medications. And they certainly can't get surgery.
Living
They are people who can not afford to stay where they are living because of a tragedy that occurred in their lives. This tragedy is frequently a medical problem with a member of the family which bankrupts them or the wage earner dies.
So whereas some of these people are reached by charities for the most part the ones that are really hurting and hurting immediately are not. For example, it really has to do with the immediacy of it, so if something is happening there has to be an immediate response. So this is our mission, we will receive information about members of your community who have experienced a tragedy of some kind or another and are not reached by insurance companies or the standard charity, for one reason or another. We will vet them and resolve their problem immediately by paying for an operation, buying food, etc.
Please help us in our fight to help these most distressed members of our community. In our charity, you can bring someone to our attention and because you have identified them we will help them. I know of no charity that does this. You yourself can have the heartfelt satisfaction of relieving somebody’s misery.

Our purpose is crystal clear: “Hands On” is dedicated to relieving stress and
fostering opportunities for those facing adversity. Our mission is to directly
assist individuals and families confronted with resource deficiencies,
tragedy, loss of wage earner, and severe medical or life-threatening issues.
In other words, we are targeting people who are in immediate need. The
people who don’t eat tonight. The people who can’t feed their children. The
people who need an operation to save their lives but can’t afford to pay for it.
That is our mission.
At “Hands On,” we are proactive in our approach. We welcome applications
from those in need, which will be meticulously reviewed and thoroughly
vetted. Our ultimate objective is to bridge the gap between people in crisis
and the organization’s available resources, serving as the helping hands
they can rely on.
We are looking for contributions to help us in our work. We are aware that
most people give to charity. We feel that our charity is quite different in that
it reaches people that other charities and insurance cannot reach. It is also
very personal in that you as a contributor can personally change
somebody’s life. If you know someone in your community that is hurting you
can change their lives. If their circumstances meet the requirements of a
private charity we can go right in and alleviate their suffering basically
because you brought their situation to our attention.
